ASSIGNMENTS

 

Important points about your assignments

  1. Assignments must be completed each week and handed in the following week.
     
  2. Depending on the presentation, you will receive the questions either verbally or in writing from the presenter.
     
  3. You must make sure you have the questions from the presenter each night.
     
  4. Assignments can be written, printed or typed on A4 paper.
     
  5. Only write, print or type on one side of the paper.
     
  6. Typed assignments are easier to read and preferred by the Magistrate/Judge.
    For hand  -written assignments, make sure there is a 3cm margin down the left side of the page).
     
  1. All assignments should be set out (formatted) the same way.
     
  2. Staple the assignment in the top left-hand corner.
     
  3. Completed assignments must be handed-in in an A4 loose-leaf clear plastic sleeve (if you use a folder don’t use one with large spiral binding.
     
  4. Keep a copy of each assignment to refer to before you return to court.  (Note: The Judge or Magistrate may ask you questions from any assignment.
     

TIP:
It is important that these are on the right
hand side of each page (right justified).
This can be typed by tabbing across or
put in the header of your document.
  

Print or type your:
FIRST NAME & SURNAME
(Depending how you wrote your assignment)

 

Name of the Presentation

 

       TIP:
The name of the presentation must be at the  TOP and in the CENTRE
of the front page .

 

Either:

Write each question and answer as follows:

Q1 Write the first question in full
       Write your answer
Q2 Write the second question in full
        Write your answer
Q3 Write your third question in full
        Write your answer

OR

Answer the questions in essay format

top right hand corner of the front page.

If you are writing your assignment please make sure your first and last name is printed neatly in the
top right hand corner of the front page.

If you do not comply with this your assignment will NOT be accepted.
